i think with a countjump it should work that you jump longer but with lj not .. -_____________-

i will make a small map like in the pic so someone can see if it's posible

speed will increase due to the surfing part, but imo u lose all that speed when u hit the edge before the jump... so i guess it`s impossible to jump farther then with lj(cj) and normal prestrafe... i guess :D
same thing as a high bhop imo
Dunno if it's possible your ways (don't know the map eather), but with jumpbug if surf speed is big i think that it's possible.
