Server problem

i start my server and it's running well but when someone want to connect on it he can't. it says restricted class C :( please help me
p.s. i tried with sv_lan 0 (but i dunno)

You have to open the ports in your router.

port 27000 to 27015
port 7002
port 5273
port 1200
(the last 3 is so the server can contact the steam network (i think))

And of course, have sv_lan 0

u did sv_restartround 1 after sv_lan 0?

u dont need to do sv_restartround 1 after sv_lan 0

but after mp_limitteams 0 and mp_autoteambalance =)

i have allowed all ports from my firewall :| i dont'k know what's wrong because some time ago it worked fine :(
p.s. could be a problem because i reinstalled my windows ?
