stand-up bhops (or standups:D) is when u crouch (duck) when landing on the block, and then when ur supposed to bhop the block (still crouching) u realease duck and bhops it
(just watch any of z0ck3OO7's demos and u'll see him doing it 24/7:D)
I made a demo with pressed keys that shows up on the screen. It shows how to do standup bhops.
