i know there are 100000 threads like this but i cant understand anything in them can u help me and tell me how to make my server so ppl can join i can join but other people cant ...

just set sv_lan 0, go to whatismyip.com, copy the ip to ur m8 and he will be able to join.
if no, download hamachi. ( very simple program, i dont wanna write any instructions for it :D )

Forward these ports in your router if what colix said didn't help.

TCP 7002 out
TCP 5273 out
UDP 27010 out
UDP 27012 in and out
UDP 27015 in (if your server runs on this port)
