I found a new(?) way to run faster then normal, it goes up to 277 units/second! Check this demo if you want to know how: http://www.fuskbugg.se/pub/misc/qewirun.rar
It's really small so it wont take long to download it :)
So, is this way to run new or old?

i think i know what u mean, just look into the wall with the right angle and u can have speeds up to 277 ;)
If you're talking about "wall-strafing"... then you can get up to 278 units/sec.
You only need to press W. :p

You cant get 278, only for like 1 sec when you turn a bit, else 277 is max!

This technique is known from our video scoutjump on nukerock you just do this techique and jump :D
I don't think most people know that you go slightly faster just holding w instead of w-a or something to wallstrafe, although I find it easier to keep a similar speed using the w-a method.
