hi

i got this problem only with playing cs. on some maps i dont have constant fps, it goes down to 40-60....

but my big problem is, if the fps are going down i get laggs in my mouse, so i cant move in air for example and that sucks. i dont know if its just with slowing down the fps, but i think so. earlier i didnt hav such problems with this pc...

pc:

+3500 amd
x850 ati
3 gb ram

i installed windows and all other things and it seemed to be away, but this was just for one day, or this were because of the maps i played...

hope anyone can help me, and sorry for my bad english :)

try these settings (thx pf0ll) and that should raise your fps quite a bit. i use it on maps where my fps is complete crap and it gives me around 20 fps more. im not sure thats ur problem though... cuz ur hardware pwns mine.

had the same problem!
the only way which i found to fix this problem is to uninstall the logitech drivers/software und use the windows drivers :) ... works well!

mouse problem is gone, wrote it in an other thread. with low priority settings its ok, but still low fps in big rooms, but i think i have to live with it. new comp is no possibilty for an student :)

how that work? low priority? pls tell me -.- that from chris tucker dont work -.-

ThaRob13/10/2007 12:37

when i play cs i start taskmanager and set priority of hl.exe to low. but u have to do it every time u play, somehow u can start steam in low priority, but its to complicated for me :D
