.net framework

so ive recently reinstalled windows (about 5 times) and now it works again, but batch compiler wont! the error i get tells me to install .net framework and i do, but this only helps for a little while. im not getting the exact same error that i was before, only .net framework is installed! anyone know the problem?

ps - the batch compiler faq sent me to v1.1 and it wouldnt open

ill try 3.0, but i dont understand how i had no problems before and now it wont work at all. bspviewer wont startup either, but i think it uses .net framework too

i had 2.0 installed, not 1.1 or whatever. i have more problems so im reinstalling again anyway so we'll see what happens ^^ if all else fails, i still have that other program you hooked me up with. thx dEMo

well, i figure why make a new thread? i've had problems again with the .net framework. when i installed it on this new computer, i used 2.0, but needed 3.0 for another program. not a single .net framework or combination of .net frameworks has worked since. the error i always get is: http://img184.imageshack.us/img184/2020/erreruv5.png i've tried everything from 1.1 to 3.5 with some mixing and combining as well. i hope that somebody knows whats wrong.
