CJ ?
Im new at cj and i really suck at it to! i have seen the cj guide and seen movies whit some who do cj.
i can lj like 240 everytime and i have jumped 248 unit block (253 on ground) but i just cant jump long whit cj but i really wanna learn the it so my questions is:
1. how to do exatcly?
2. what is the trick by cj why can u jump so much longer?
plz help me i really wanna learn it.
watch the guide and train..just do one duck, many people tell about doubleduck... train..just like lj
Lol, u did 253 on stats and only 248 on block ? O_o
i did 243 on stats and 235 on block :!
but i tryed cj like 10min in my life
You move faster when your in the air, and the doubleduck give you some airtime before your "real" takeoff.
So your speed increases, which obviously makes you jump longer. Or something like that, im not eDark :P
kk... but i have a question also:
is it like this? :
W...WD...doubleduck...release W...move a little with D...jump...strafes...duck?
or does the doubleduck go after releasing the W?
i cant get a pre bigger than 275-276... and those are happy cases :(
why do people say doubleduck... im pretty sure thats worse than tapping duck once(because when you crouch strafing is bad).
its basically W -> WD for a short amount of time -> singleduck and let go of w, turn about 90 degrees -> bhop off the ground -> A D A D A D -> duck... i think

Well most people use the mousewheel to jump so it becomes a doubleduck wheter you like it or not :P Also it's easier to explain.
i use mwheel and i only duck once...

With cj you get one "airstrafe" added to the prestrafe. That's what makes you jump longer.
CJ is an improved prestrafe.
Thanks sw1ft1 I watched so many demos with showkeys and I always watched one duck, that clears it a little.
Though I still can't cj XD
Dont worry, Im sure you'll practise a lot and when you learn it you'll say...OMG What an Idiot i was all the time trying to do This Stupid Thing
