They stand for Ukrainian state (oblast)
zp = Zaporizhia
mk = Mykolaiv

EZ = Extended Zone

The last map i played with that was westbl0ck2, but other maps like clintmo_longjumper[e] says "e" for "easy" not "ez".
perhaps "ez" is extended zone
