pls help me

My parrents bought me a new computer way better than my old one but i have somekinda problem with t3h FPS in CS like on my old computer there were lik 7-8 maps with low fps and all others were with 90+ but now on my new computer on every map its 60.How can i fix that? PLSSS HELP ME :D

you have V-sync enable. To dissable it you should try go to your graphics card controlpanel and from there dissabled it. If you can't figure out how to dissable it, RTFM:D

you can also try to enable -freq in launch options, try set it to 85 or so adn then restart cs (this you should test if v-sync _WASN'T_ anabled, but only if it _WASN'T_). :D

had the same problem a few weeks ago when I bought my new card. This is a NVidia problem. You simply need to disable the v-sync in your nvidia control panel. The preset it that the card uses v-sync for every application what is causing the 60fps bug.
