ISP's will take neccisarry investigation on the claim, no matter what the situation. If the information matches then the user is subject to lawsuit. You can not "Steal" databases or information from anysite or manipulate it with out proper authorization. XJ has the right to take proper action both with the Bulgarian ISP, the webservice provider and the Domain name hoster. Therefore your right, the police will not do anything besides merely direct you to a lawyer and send a letter to the person(s) in question.

Lesson learned.

Fire is right: The police will point you to a lawyer which is for internet crime. And this lawyer will contact the ISP too.

The only two members from Bulgaria of sensation kreedz community is me and CothA.I didnt hacked the XJ site for sure because i <3 XJ (and because i dont know how to hack a site and dont have anything against XJ :D).And i allso dont think CothA would do such a thing... so i have no idea who did it but i have a guess : Ithink it was someone from Bulgaria but he wasn't from the sensation kreedz community,he was just a fan probably and wrote greetz to us :E

J0nY the guy who hacked xj is some one from ur site's members.. not admin ... and yes it is some one from Bulgaria he's from Sofia or Burgas imo.

Im not trying to put more wood in the fire, but, the guy who hacked XJ is not bulgarian, he posted all that shit about senskz community because he rly likes senskz menbers/community, and he copyed it because he doesnt know how to speak/write english.

Raver, you are VERY wrongfully misinformed about the things of the internet. I played on a chess site, it got hacked, they found out who it was, the guy didn't steal anything, no money involved, he was taken to court and sentenced. Plus this is the same as hacking the hosting company of the XJ website. and yes HACKING is VERY ILLEGAL

LOL HYBRID!!! that was the funniest stuff i have EVER read in my life. This doofus used a simple e107 script, he didn't hack jack lol. If it was the same guy your talking about. he would have gone in and erased EVERYTHING, and this guy definitely didn't do any of that
