just bind +duck with mwheelup and mwheeldown, thats a possible way to do it, i did it and i can get it almost as he on the demo, but he wasnt banned due to that, i think u can see pretty easy thats his bhops and strafes look very weird most times. but admins shouldnt ban him, just dont accept the demos, and ban him when u get a real proof thats hes hacking.
