plz i neeed BIG help !!!

hi this is the third time today im asking for help in here.. but i really really need help with this... i have made my map, just got the timers done and where about to put on some textures.. and suddenly my computer restarts by it self(dont know why!) .. and when i turn on hammer again and gonna open my map this comes up --> "Oops! SerializeRMF () v2.2 tried to load a file v0.0 Aborting" then "There was a file Error" and then hammer shuts down.. so i cant open my map in any way!?

PLZ PLZ i really need help, i have worked on this map every day in like 1 and a half week and i where like 10 min away from being done with the map, so it would be so boring if i have to start over :(

eheh its the most annoying error, i had this on 2 of my maps, it cant be fixed :S yes, all what u've done so far is gone, sad, but true :S ( at least i dunno any solution :S )
btw u shouldnt open 4 threads a day, u'll get a warning i guess, just edit the older one :)

sry i didnt think about edit the first one and i dont know how to deleat a thread... This is a bad day for me :(
