Rotating textures.

Hi, I'm trying to follow this tutorial and it seems to work good so far. But when it comes to rotating the textures, I just can't do it like they do. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. :S
They just write that I should rotate them .. It just doesn't work. :/

try to rotate texture by texture and select only the surface.

after rotated -4 the texture, just put it on middle
