1.find cstrike\addons\amxmodx\configs\plugins.ini ,find ;multilingual.amxx and delete (;) u can choose en now
write in console amx_force_lang en
2.find \cstrike\addons\amxmodx\configs\kzmenu
delete all and copy

"respawn;currentmap;tleft" "respawn;currentmap;tleft"
"pause" "say /pause"
"Scoreboard" "say /Scoreboard"
"boost" "say /boost"
"servers" "say /servers"
"/spec" "say /spec"
"/keyhelp" "say /keyhelp"
"amxmodmenu" "amxmodmenu"

3.find \cstrike\addons\amxmodx\configs\key_bind.ini
delete all and copy
"F1" "say menu"
"F2" "stop;record jump;say RECORD"
"F4" "say /checkpoint"
"F5" "say /gocheck"
"F6" "amx_view"
"F8" "say /stuck"
"-" "+rope"
"=" "+hook"
"F9" "+grab"

It's OK now
