I did it almost an year ago. And now when I was watching some demos I decided to post it, I have never seen it here and in movies either. It is not that hard, needs only one lucky standup bhop. x)

from the lowest box a bhop on the middle box up to the higher box (right one)
or just try it being on the box u hit the sky when jumpin and try to get up there :)
