two server questions:end time and max map lim

1)After mapchooser.amxx works (1.5mins before end of timelimit), and after the 10 countdown, the map does not change, and if you say "timleft" it will show Time Reamaining 0.00.
2)There are a lot of people plyaing on my serv, more than 20 and some maps does not support this quantity. Is it possible to increase map limit?
3)i have mp_autoteambalance 0 and mp_limitteams 0, after i make server restart, only 2 players can play on map, but after restartround or changemap everthing work fine.
Can you help me please? Thank You

2). we found a bug of teamchange plugin, witch can help u. try on kz_megabhop when there are max number of players (5 or 6) write in console "say /spec" then "say /ct"
3). try to write this commands (mp_limitteams 0 and mp_autoteambalance 0) into your server.cfg
