1. A left prestrafe countjump from the top of the building to the lamp.
There is also the same jump but with more distance on the other side with right prestrafe. GL

2. This is a 260 countjump doable from both sides, but more easy from the right side of the bridge. And if you don`t land at the exact corner then its a 261 or even a 262 jump.
