reset time on +hook

hy all. can you tell me what plugin/plugins i must use in order to reset the time when an admin use +hook? i really care about my top15 and i cannot give admins because of that :)

most of kz system has build in +hook protection, buy you need to put your hook plugin below the timer.
For example
kz_main.amxx
kz_stats.amxx

can you put a link to kz_main, kz_stats and kz_necromods? necromods require registration..and i'm waiting for user mail confirmation but nothing....
