CS 100% smooth with developer 0?

Hey all, my question is how to let cs run like extremly smooth like its on developer 1 with 130 fps or more. I allready changed the hz of my 17Zoll monitor to 75 and changed all 3D settings of my GeForce 7300gt to best performance but its not that smooth...pls help,

If you really want a smooth CS you have to get a CRT and play with 100hz and Vsync off, that would be really smooth (I also had a CRT with 100hz before and there is a big difference imo^^), but you cant get CS 100% smooth with a TFT/LCD imo :)

yes, like a 60 hz CRT.
