Can't start Steam

Hey guys, I have strange problem.. I restarted it, deleted the ClientRegistry.blob, restarted the PC and all the same. When I start the Steam from the desktop icon, nothing happens, but the Steam process is in the Task manager, when I try to start it again, it says it's already started.. The tray icon is not there too. Anyone has suggestion?

I'm with Mehz, probly some corrupt files.

try reinstalling it with the repair option
if it does not work , uninstall it , delete all the entries in the registry and install again.

well I started my computer today and it worked fine, thanks for the answer guys
