Cs doesnt show crosshair + more

Hi i've turn my vsync off to increase my fps , then i lauch cs again , and now i cant see my crosshair ( tried to change size of it but did not solve it )

Moreover , i cant see all the ingame message
i cant see my speed when i /speed , i cant see anything (lj stats , welcome message .... )

So i turned vsync on , but there is still nothing else than "a weapon" when i play .
