somebody know what is this plugin?

is not a part of the map, becouse in this server have the cube in, surf_ninja, surf_egypt, etc..

I think its a model, placed with a AMX plugin.
You can also do that with sprites.

There is a plugin on alliedmodders, where you can add a sprite into your map. Just try to search for it. Or maby there is a plugin that adds models I dont know.
