Well, we know ~265 can be done with 290-292 u/s prestrafe with cj. With that surf we could achieve 299.9... u/s prestrafe. I'm not sure about the jump height though. The strafes would be a little harder to do with that high prestrafe, therefore I would estimate the maximum lenght anyone could do in that jump would be ~270 really roughly, maybe even ~275. Ergo impossible imo.
