its not impos, but definitly VERY hard.. when screwing around with that ladder/first light, i was able to bhop off the first light.. however ive only ever HIT the 2nd light.. maybe if someone geeked it long enough it could be done.

I think it might be possible because you got a place to stand on, on the lamp, to jump on, but it will be very difficult! This is a very hard jump.
