Kreedz.com - CS 1.6 KZ World Records & Maps

Hey guys,

first of all, just to make things clear, zhady didn't leave the KZ world at all, he just left the XJ staff and gave up his position as demo releaser because he won't have enough time to do the job in the future (due to real life obligations).

Furthermore I'm more than happy to announce that 3 other new admins joined our crew yesterday:

- boom.dll joined the movieadmins, helping Moxx, ndR and me to take care of future movie submissions and newsposts.

Hey guys,

as announced in an earlier newspost the old mapcheck team got released from their duty and the old mapcheck system as we knew it stopped existing.

In the meantime we had an internal discussion about possible solutions to this - and right now I'd like to present our possible soltions for this huge problem to you, giving you guys a chance to raise your voice and contribute to solve this. Mapreleases have been an important part of this community ever since it started to exist, therfore everyone of you should feel responsible for this. There is also going to be a public vote, to evaluate the different opinions in the community - at the same time we're going to have an internal vote; and after all votes were evaluated we're going to announce what is going to happen to the mapcheck system.

Hello there,
as always I come up with some new gifts, this time it isn't a demo release but two new movies!

Pruno - Good bye my friend by Hatari

This is Pruno's last move, he recorded some tricks so as to let his footprint in the kz world!
He, of course choose one of his friend, another french guy, as a moviemaker... Hatari.
I would qualify the movie as "simple but efficient", just watch it and make your own opinion.

Hey there,

it's probably no big secret anymore, the XJ internal mapcheck team is having some major problems and you guys out there had to wait longer for mapreleases (and the mappers for answers/results regarding their maps) than you should have to... All of the newly recruited admins are kinda inactive and don't bother to test maps at all anymore, nor did they take actively part in an internal discussion about a solution to this issue. This is why we feel that we had to

Hello everyone. The XJ mapcheck team decided it was needed to write a newspost to all the mappers out there. As kz is a “map-based” mod, its future relies in the hands of the mappers, and it is important that we get new maps frequently to keep the community alive. XJ’s mapcheck team is in charge of checking submitted maps. In the old days, this job belonged to a single person – Kreedz himself. Back then, kz was a new thing; the standards weren’t very high. Recently, maps being submitted have declined in quality and many of us feel like we are wasting our time checking them. For most of them, it’s easy to tell right away: there is no way they would be accepted!

Hello people,
I guess you're all having fun (or not) at school at the moment while I'm chilling at home between two exams!

Here you go with a brand new movie made by stuff_x involving niki` as trickjumper...
It starts with a powerful dubstep song with really cool and graphic effects, you can directly see this is going to be an overedited movie!
All of these effects of course fit the song, which drag us into

Here we start with a bad news,
as you must have read in the newspost title, zhady left us some days ago.
He prefered to leave since university is taking all of his time, we of course wish him good luck in his student life,
may the force be with you zhady!
