Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen,

Every World Record is a great run and is worth being shown to the world but there is always one World Record that smokes everyone with its amazing and superb time. This time was the already known chinese player:

Hello XJ!

Surfing is one of the game modes that are included in KZmod. It's time for a surf run to be featured in the 14th edition of Run of the Week!

HermeticA earned his KZmod recordholder tag with 11 speedy surf records in the last release. And was it just the beginning? These runs make surfing look easy, but I can guarantee that gaining & maintaining such speed is a tough task, not to mention you have to quickly find the path to the next surf through narrow corridors in order to succeed.

kz-endo_carrington by Roadrunner

Type: Climb/Bhop
Challenge: Easy/Average

Perfect Dark is a cult classic first-person shooter for the Nintendo 64 that came out in 2000, a few years after the developer Rare's previous and hugely-successful title: Goldeneye 64. The two games are synonymous to old school Nintendo fans, and have been a favorite to many 1.6 players, and hopefully some of our fellow XJ members as well.

kz-endo_carrington is a modified replica of the Carrington Institute, a level featured in Perfect Dark. The map was used for a mission in the campaign of the game, but most people would probably recognize it as the default lobby where you could walk to the various training rooms and try the different courses like: bomb defusal time trials and target practice.

In the late 2000's a player named Eric from Louisiana, USA re-made a handful of maps from Goldeneye 64 and Perfect Dark with beautiful accuracy and detail unlike the other maps that were out at that time trying to recreate the levels.

Of course one of the maps Eric remade was Carrington Institute, and this year Roadrunner took the map with Eric's personal approval, and crafted it- molding it with careful sleight of hand, as to preserve as much of the original game's level-design as possible while still meeting the standards of the XJ Map Team. This transformation of an Eric_4372 map for XJ is actually not the first. kz-endo_congo is also a remake of another map by Eric called jungle_warfare.

Roadrunner turned this memorable classic into a modern day Kreedz map which should excite the jumper with a fun and challenging run. The Carrington map features most of the disciplines: Bhop, Slide, Speed/Climb, and some slight LJ effort is required. The runner's first attempts might seem confusing (most notably near the start), but the map is easy to learn and features adequate placing of small white arrows here and there to help guide you.

Good evening XJ!

It's time for KZmod's Run of the Week feature, that highlights a WR run worth a closer look. In the 13th edition, it's cahz0r's turn to lead us out of the shroom cave with precise, yet fast-paced climbing. No matter the difficulty of a map, he seems to be the man to nail it down with speed.

The additional course of kz_thehills looks fantastic and low-'s elegant clip makes the most of it. Just look at the intro's foggy scene - the campath shows off the beautiful possibilities in KZmod mapping.

Good evening dear Xtreme-Jumps community, we are proud to give you a new Run of the Week.

We believe you know the feelings of watching old school movies like Brian the Movie 2 by 8ball1, Chinese Art by jusuuh, 360 Degrees by rEs0LuTe

Hello to you all!

We have brought you already some KZmod maps before and also guided you with tutorials on how to do special courses in the game.
So I am proudly presenting you the kz_bun_protraining map!

Download Link

This map has been specially been made to train your bungee skills in KZmod, you can either go for the swing, straight forward bungeejumping or try and reach the top if you are more skilled!
The swing and straigh forward have 3 bungee lengths, so make sure that you know the difference from where you can attach!

For people who would like a break during their bungee training sessions, can go for a relaxing run in the bhop course, you think it's easy? Try getting to the finish line without hitting your head to the wall, or a pillar for that matter =D
