yes, /speed helps, I always do trickjumps with /speed, esp on drop-longjumps when you have to reach 299speed. That's the reason why it's forbidden for official records.

Well rat made a thread in plugin/help about a plugin that shows prestrafes in all types of jumps including wj and i think that that is more effective than /speed and if that plugin ,i think is is called the "prestrafe shower",is not illegal in demos than it woud be ridiculous for /speed to be illegal

ehm, exactly what are you talking about? does it show the prestrafe when you land a jump? ;-s cause that wont help you at all, not if it shows the prestrafe just as you jump either. the point with /speed is to watch it while prestrafing and jump when the prestrafe is as high as it gets. and like fof said, really helpfull for dropbhops and regular bhopljs aswell.
