for americans (usa) its true, u cant surf anywhere..
in europe there is still a scene wobblin arround, dno if its becoming bigger or smaller really.
But in south america (argentinia, brazil) it gets more popular, bad thing is they dont have steam and play on nonsteam servers =/ but in a few month im sure surfing will become more popular again
