It all depends on what map you're playing and what time you're going for.

What I mean is, playing a map with big blocks or very easy jumps, its easy to keep an über smooth style.
If you're trying to speedclimb a hard map with hard bhops its harder.
Atleast that's how I feel when im playing, don't know about you other dudes :P

else, dunno. there are always some people with beautiful demos, ndR for example.
