I think there is too much unique strafe styles to tell. Allmost all of them are "the best" for me:) So let's Start

brian's - 9/10 or 10/10 :D
SniPerOk's - 10/10
FoF's - 8/10
heL^_x's - 10/10 or 10,5/10 :D
chriZzo's - 10/10 or 10,5/10 :D

mjuuh - 9/10
and PuppetZ^ like 11/10 :D
