12/01/2009 18:14Dimblock Supa ; xtremeblock Fof
xtremeblock (xtremely fast), cellblock, cellblock_hard (the fastest time made while breaking from a prison xDDD ), bkz_wallblock (speedclimbing at its best !), sandblock/sandblock2 (soul/flaip - godlike !), goldbhop 1:33 (previous record, before Bibo`s pwnage run was 1.39 .... NOONE COULD BEAT THAT FOR ALMOST A YEAR !!!!!!111111 :O and now its improved by 6 seconds LOL) westbl0ck (the difference speaks for itself) ! caveclimb_h (soul`s strafes are perfect! ), dustbhop (WOW, just WOW), nbs_greatwall (under 3 mins... GIVE ME A FREAKIN BREAK OMILO U FAST FUCK :D :D :D ) etc...
there`s sooooo many demos that feel perfect, but still... i feel they are going to get beaten... we`ll have to wait and see :)
there were a lot of releases containing one or even more "OMG WTF GODLIKE"-demos so its very very hard to choose _the_ best demo 2008. furthermore, "x of the year y" decisions are always very subjective cuz ppl often choose old things which were improved or things ppl still talked about months later such as FoF's xtremeblock demo.
imo a lot of demos which were counted up here already are great and deserve to be voted the best demo 2008 but unfortunately there is nothing with which we can measure the best demo correctly.
kz_ea_harbor emma lahana 3:30 funniest demo ever:

boom wallblock was done before 2008 :)
I like hard maps and it's hard to just chose one, my favourites are kz_sandblock and v2, caseblock_h, cellblock_h, 3ways_X.
All of brians & zhadys & soul|ftws & supas.
