When did you start jumping?

i started 5-6 months ago.
1st map-bkz_goldbhop <3<3<3 16:27 :D

feb 07 ~6 months
1st map kz_man_owtcity :D

I can do strafe jumps since 5years and I know how to bunnyhop since 3years ... but i ve never known about a kreedz climbing community till the day came when i was bored and joined a server with a kz_ map :D ( kz_man_temple ) I made it in 45minutes with scout and a nice guy told me this site here and I should sign up here to view the guides for longjumping :D so look on my profile how long i am registred and you know how long i am playing kz maps ( I took much breaks )

Reading this reminds me of the good old kz times.

A friend of mine introduced me to climbing maps. I don't remember his name sadly but I remember that the map was gigablock and that I couldn't get around those jumps on 2nd level when you go to right instead of going forward (in the beginning). I just couldn't do them. :(

And then my friend told me that I had to realese W in the air and use the arrows A and D. And suddenly I learnd it and climbing became really fun. :)

I completed many maps with a lot of checkpoints. And I remember playing on kz_ancient_tomb about a year ago and I was saying I thought I was better then Xeltic :P There was one more person but I don't remember his nick/name. (could have been r33d) Anyway..

I also thought I had made 245 lj because I didn't know that the longjumps on kz_stoneblock_ez was fake longjumps. :rolleyes: And I got really sad when I found out :( and I remember when I did 240 I was so freaking happy :D Everyone else had like 247 or 248 but I had made 240 and that was what mattered to me ^^

I've been jumping for about 2 years now. And I'm trying to get my first wr :P (Dunno when that will happen but) ^^

i was ringing for a normal cs clan when i found kz. after the scrim (which of course we pwned) i followed them and my first map was mages_courtyard. i used multiple checkpoints on every jump, and couldnt pass the second level after 45 minutes. i came back to kz months later and found xj:

Dont really remember but.. uhm... after august 2006. The first map ive played is kz_j2s_icevalley XD it was a Latvian server i think... i wasnt even know surf and learnt there XD my first rec was 43 min at icevalley i think. Thx the guys who helped me a lot there( there is no Turkish player to teach me climbing)

I start jumping 1 month ago. First map cg_tower...

~ 1 year and few months ago and if I remember right it was kt_aztecclimb

I started in January 2007 (8 months), In...mmmm....kz_sola :).

LJ record 247!!!!!!!! not 240 :D. 250 ^^
