Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction
Was wondering if anybody here at xj plays, cuz i might start playing it again, but i need some opinions on whether its worth playing again
and if somebody does play frequently im gonna need some assistance getting started up.

I was playing it 5 years ago in europe server , i played last year again cuz the game is cool , but i don't think it's a good idea to start now .. soon (year or 2 ) diablo III will be out and it will be worth playing
+ i got to good on diablo 2 lord of destruction-.-
yea i figured but rite now cs has gotten boring and this is something to play, and i need someone to help me out lol

I played Diablo since first diablo :P Its a really fun game but its alot more fun to play Hardcore, but then ofc there is TPPKS that ruins the hardcore mode, Ill wait until diablo III releases. So many cheats in D2 LoD atm :P
I played, but I crashed all bulgarian servers.. and I stopped

omg I spent SO MUCH time with this game.. one of the few games that you could play again and again and.. again :) and it's still fun !
I still don't see why everyone loves this game, I find it EXTREMELY boring, so imo it's not something you'd wanna start playing now. If I was you I'd try out some of those F2P(free to play) games there's around.
Some of them actually got impressive graphics and the gameplay looks fine to me, but as it is right now I cba to play some MMO game cause it simply doesn't "appeal" to me.
25/01/2009 19:50(edited 25/01/2009 19:51)lul the new era mmorpg games dont stand close to d2 .. they are too slow too boring to kill mobs, too boring skill trees no item variety, and guilds .. who cares about them, basicaly they are all the same as WoW but with different design and races
Diablo 2 will never be forgoten and if i had the time i would start it again this game is just great and to be hones for Diablo 3 i'm not shure when it will come to the public i hope its soon but still ... we can't be shure Blizzard are not telling us anything so we can only w8 .. but in my opinion you can start playing it again its a cool game :)
I used to play it before week or two but i just got bored of it.... i play at europe and about Diablo III everything in it is perfect -_- it's kinda stupid that blizzard decided to put auto stats like in WoW and every character will have same stats points... except that items which gives str/dex etc. .... that sux imo. But i will try it when it's released for sure!

it was released in 2000... thats 9 years ago lol... it was one of the best games till about 2005... the best mmorpg ever !
besides the fact that it has a freaking storyline, WHICH IS INSANELY GOOD, it has very nice gameplay and characters + quests, items, runes, etc... the game is a masterpiece! and it will be forever remembered
sure the graphics is gay... its a 9 year game wtf?
