I'm totally with spine here... People won't learn much by building 20 maps without getting feedback, they'll learn more when getting feedback on even their first map........ if the comments aren't like "dude, it's your first map, never post that again! btw it looks ugly".

I'd say this map looks a bit too much like wanderer, maybe find some new original jungle textures (I know, hard to find, but try) and give it your own twist, it has potential I guess.

If i didnt get as much feedback for my first map as i did, i wouldnt have evolved at all
feedback is incredibly important

And about Utopia, it is not my fav map but it is mapped very well (except of the lightbugs, i mean the architecture). And another factor is that its a custom map....


you just see it from the mapper side .. i see it as a jumper .
It's one of the worst maps in the kz imo ... and if you try to understand the "theme" of the map, i'm pretty sure you couldn't get it ... it's SO UNREAL .
And i was saying that the 80% of the people here are just fanatics of other jumpers ... when fof posted the screenshots of the map, everybody said : WOO , WANNA PLAY IT NOW, WOOO NICEE ... and it's the worst map ever AND GOT ACCEPTED :S . And i'm pretty sure that most of the people thinks like me about this map .

P/S : I've seen better maps getting denied .

enviroment is ok.. but the map is square and a lot of bhops if the pic 1 is a kz part. I suggest make it harder, and change the shape of the blocks.

Sorry but if it is true, you should work on it further without posting screenshots or without releasing it. Because if it is really your first map, it will be bad or ugly. To prevent critical comments (maybe) you to take it personally. So you should make the first 10maps for your own. To improve your mapping skills.

You are SUCH A RETARD! Get a dictionary and find the word "utopia", if your brain is too small to understand it. NO FLAMING ON FoF,he's good at mapping, and he gets enough of bad words always unlike the other projumpers!
