The disappearance of Twiped

Prologue

As many of you know, Twiped is/was a very talented moviemaker from Finland. He was given many movie-projects and due to the pressure of he decided to magically disappear from the scene completely - unfortunately for him he did leave some traces which I followed to really know what was going on.

"The story"

Twiped stepped out to the moviemaking-scene out of thin air. In his first movies he starred himself as a pretty talented jumper, he was also known as Skulblaka, who has a 242 bhop longjump demo in kzfi.

Ofcourse due to his extraordinary editing skills and the fact that he was new in the scene (which in other words means that he doesn't have other projects going on etc.) alot of people wanted him to be the moviemaker for them, along the regular every-day-jumpers such as me were some more experienced and more known players who were looking for a moviemaker. Twiped seemed to accept all projects people had presented him with, and due to that very reason alot of hard work was piling up on his shoulders.

Twiped, Skulblaka or Jimbo (I don't know what I should call him anymore) had the strength to make alot of clips and movies for various people in the beginning, but his enthusiasm to moviemaking soon started fading out and because he had many ongoing projects, real life pressure and other problems he saw that a disapperance from the scene would solve it. It did, for him - but the people who were waiting for his work to finish?

I was in contact with "Twiped" for many months, and he was in my steam friends-list because he was making a movie of my jumps. During the long months of waiting I asked him about the status of my movie and when would it be finished - his answers were always positive, such as: "the project is moving on, sorry for the delay" or "unfortunately I haven't had much time on the computer but I will finish it in 1 week". I was VERY patient and as flexible as anyone could possibly be about this subject - in fact I didn't push him at all, maybe I should've.

At some points he could even be offline for a week or two, and after he came back and I tried talking to him he wasn't answering me. Now when I am watching my friends-list I see his last login was "40 days" ago - thats around when he disappeared from kz-pictures, XJ, youtube etc... Now I that I have added his new account in my list and attempt talking to him in any way he completely ignores me. Apparently he thinks that dropping a certain subject completely is the key to success.

I'm not sure what there is to say about him, I don't think its very courageous to leave the people waiting with NO information about anything and leaving them completely out of the picture. I just thought, that maybe some people would find it interesting to know about this.

He was also in a clan called imax (www.imax.boo.pl - website currently not working) and he also left it completely without a notice, and he still is listed as a member there, just like in kz-pictures even though he completely stopped all activity with his "old" nickname. his steam: 3xc4l1bur

I hope his friends can send him my apologies for creating this thread, I know he wont really enjoy it but I'm sure that its better that people know what is going on; no more useless waiting for your movie to finish, no more wondering where his youtube-account disappeared and why he isn't responding to anything when searching for a moviemaker. He doesn't work on movies anymore, he is just a player (a pretty active one, I see) and its useless to ask him to make you a movie.

Narrative = Narrator = the man who's telling the story.
Impactful = Impact = strike(ful), crush(ful).
Prologue = Introduction?
Insightful = check your dictionaries, can't expain it right.
On topic: I think you should let the man alone. The thing he did (his dissapearing) is kinda immature, as st0ka said, probably, but it's his life. Anyway, don't know this guy.
