If you put a dual view one with 30 and one with 60 you deffinetly will see that 60 gives it a better view, i tested this, first I put 30fps in a strafe clip = Good but seeing the envirement as he strafes wasnt that good. Then i tried having 60fps on the same clip = Uber the envirement when he was strafing was clearer and it looked cooler then 30fps. As for me i use 60, and i dont really care waht people say about it because it doesnt fuck up my quality

imo that was really smooth, also i used 300fps/900sps in v0nch vs bashor on mdx, its on youtube.com/tlascar if u wonna check the smoothness

Youtube isn't an example of smoothness, forget it.

ill upload the video later
@rk, wot u mean 1.000 sps? do u mean "mirv_sample_sps 1" ?

well if
[blockquote]to all, u do know that the human eye can see 24fps, so 24 - 30fps[/blockquote]how u can talk about the difference between 30 and 60 then

[blockquote]30fps output its easier to see and doesnt hurt ure eyes[/blockquote]then 60 is harder to see ? - absolutely not

[blockquote]for lolz - i remember by fact or fiction, it was 59fps, sorry but that actually was hard to see and concentrate on[/blockquote]
mb it looks ugly in utube , but if u watch it on your pc - its the way better than 30fps

anyways, 60fps or 30fps or 5fps its only question of your final file size and thats it.

bro, i watched lolz on wmp it hurts my eyes :( + 60fps is harder to see - its a fact i think (because the eye sees 24fps) ask other moviemakers, and 60fps u have to concentrate a lot and the fps on 60 is fking too much lol - trust me, ask rk

if you are right with your these that more than 24 fps make your eyes hurting, then:

- why do latest tv's support 200 HZ if its bad for the eyes?

- reality has got unlimited fps. its like a movie with 999999 fps and your eyes should explode then.

- if a movie has got 60 fps and you can only see 24, where is the problem? you just dont recognize the 36 fps because your eye is not fast enough.

A big problem in your conversation is that you only talk about fps. but fps are not = fps. there are i-frames, b-frames, p-frames and sometimes even d-frames. the ratio of these frames is really important and gives your video the fluidness. another important thing is the motion blur effect and on which system he works (asymetric e.g.). Without motion blur 30 fps would suck hard.

the senseless thing about using such high fps is that the quality gets worse. I think this is the most logical thing and every 4th class pupil can calculate that.

ah and btw, I downloaded and watched lolz now.

And I have to say: LOL!
First of all, your eyes prolly get hurt because the whole movie is distorted caused to the gay streching to 16:9. I dont care if its fof who made the movie, in my opinion this is a noob decision.

Second I have to say, I dont think the fluidness (which is actually A BIT better than in normal movies) comes from the 59 fps he used.

If you check the video you will see that the resolution is 800x450 and the bitrate almost 8.000 kbits. Do you recognize anything? the bitrate is fucking high. Its like making a hd movie with a bitrate of 12.800 kbits. For sure the movie will be fluid then. lol
