standup bhops - which key?

Well i got some problems performing good standup bhops. I can do them sometimes but i never get that gain you can while doing them. I'm using CTRL as duck key when im doing it, and i've found out that i do indeed have very litle control over my little finger ..

My questing to you is:
What bind do you have on ducks when doing standup-bhops? Do you use the standard with control or do you have an own bind? Please share them to me :)

lol i make standups with capslock cuz ctrl is too far away

seems like people have their own styles, i might try something new and see what fits me best :D
