But it is obvious. How more obvious can it be if it is shown in slowmotion that hel is slower.

Seriously, I am now doubting my eyes and brain. Because coming last now makes it legitimate to ask why slower one isn't the winner. And please don't say "the timer says". Timer isn't God.

thats only the end of the video youre talking about, there could also be someonie starting th etimer earlier in the video
