P.S: 'Canceled' or 'cancelled'? Both are correct, but what would you use? I started investigating this subject and I found it very interesting. I decided to use the "1 L-version" now, but sometimes I do use the "2 L-version".

Hmm, it seems that British use "cancelled" and "cancel". Why would you double the consonant if word "cancel" has two vowels? I find this very confusing. Anyone mind explaining this? :(
