Wild at Heart (dir. david lynch)
sailor and lula are madly in love with each other, although her mother hates him. after being released from jail, where he had been incarcerated for killing a guy lula's mother had sent to murder him, sailor meets lula again, and starts an incredible road trip across the ol' south of america.
probably my favorite lynch's movie with 'blue velvet'. the characters are all eccentric, caricatured individuals. one of the best nicolas cage role, if not the best. his is marvelous in his snake skin jacket, dancing on hard rock music & singing stunning elvis' songs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JEz-cwJxtu8&feature=channel&list=UL .the dialogues are also wonderfully written, smart and always weird. as usual with lynch, the direction is great.
8.5/10 : i kinda miss the old nicolas cage
Moonrise Kingdom (dir. Wes Anderson)

Pineapple Express (dir. David Green)
imdb plot : A process server and his marijuana dealer wind up on the run from hitmen and a corrupt police officer after he witness his dealer's boss murder a competitor while trying to serve papers on him
funny and entertaining.
