Removing old/inactive accounts.
Hello guys. Dont you think that by removing old/inactive accounts from the website it will be better. All of xtreme-jumps.eu users will be active and also fake/multi acc's will be gone too. Just a suggestion.
I don't really see what's the point ? That could just end up giving chances for guys to take others nicknames, just 'cause they haven't been around lately. [Just my personal opinion though. ]
This has already been done once not long ago. This is something that will happen once every couple of years (perhaps).
Also,I'm sure alot of people who have old accounts would be pissed off if they would see it was gone.
I dont think that someone who has been inactive for like 2 years will wanna join again but ok. ;)

You're wrong here :D A friend of mine did account back in 2005 and came back to KZ in 2009. ^^ Now he's playing shooters, but still he played kz 2-3 months last year.
What would be the point of removing them anyways?
i would like to see removing fake/multi acc(and xj is doin great job with removing them) not inactive acc

Hmm there are many inactive accounts and if u try to delete them 1/1/1 it would took u long time.But my vote is no.Dont delete them

That was just ridiculous, lamest reply I've ever read during my time here as an XJ member.
ot: I'd say no. Let's say you loose your motivation for kreedz and stop being active here at XJ BUT then you regain your intrest for it? Maybe you feel like to visit XJ then, and your account is removed. Not funny for anyone.

i guess its too hard to make a new account when you see that your old one is deleted/disabled >_>,its their fault for not visiting it for 2-3 years so i say yes,delete them.,i doubt that anyone would get pissed,or maybe you want to keep the "unactive legends" "alive" axaxaxaxa

We could but to what end? Are you suggesting that we remove inactive accounts so that it appears that all members are active?
A community must have inactive members,else it wouldn't be considered community.

What do you mean? If one registered here and never visited the site again, how would the community benefit from it?
07/12/2010 16:42Jonde said it. In-active members are not benefitting the community at all, only taking unnecesarry space. But deleting in-active members is not a solution, it would take too long time - and in the end it wouldn't really be worth it. There's a lot of members that joined in like 2006, took a break for like a year or two, and then come back active as never before.
