the main character looks like sakura, but a bit different
Try Shuffle for start. If you would not like it try Kanon (2006). Bothx are masterpieces for me esp Kanon :P.
i think i will watch Shuffle, i was reading the sinopsis, and it has an interesting history

I watched Hellsing and it was pretty cool I guess, though I can't evaluate it properly as it's the only anime I've seen.

Watchin' Trigun & Noir atm, both are not bad. Trigun is partly so random xD even it's a bit older. Soon I'll start with Great Teacher Onizuka, also can suggest to watch Golden Boy :D
It's been a while since I last saw some anime (roughly 2-3 years), but it sure is a loveable type of film. :) Favourites of mine include Full metal alchemist, Major, Death note, Elfen lied and Bleach amongst others.

I've watched thezzzzeeeeee:
Bleach
Naruto
Fullmetal Alchemist
Death Note
I've also read some One Piece books. And I've watched one anime which name I can't recall: It's about four persons (one of them is a girl). They're mostly on their like speedboat and they kill people etcetc.. :E One of the guys were just a regular person until those three other kidnapped him and so on.
