Elfen lied or Kanon i would say, both of them are very good :)

well depends of wich type of anime u prefer, from those animes i prefer elfen lied and clannad both seasons

right now i'm reading Gantz manga. i'm on chapter 320 out of 340. and i also watched Gantz anime wich ended prematurely after season 2 because at that time manga wasn't so far.

dont know, the last animes i watched were paranoia agent and Mnemosyne: Mnemosyne no Musume-tachi
paranoia agent and paprika both are from the same director Kon Satoshi, he did a great job, these animes representing differents faces of society and at the end, you will understand what you interpret , there isn't something solid about interpretation, but some aspects are more rebranded than others, imo u should try.
Mnemosyne: Mnemosyne no Musume-tachi:
this anime has good representation about the changes of society and how we evolved over the time, with some action, drama, gore and ecchi

Saw it 1-2 weeks ago and it was f*cking awsome. One of the best ive seen so far :)
