watch closely...there is a low opac glow...and it's diferrent from every color...it's not that easy...but if you think you can make them i would be pleased if you show us how

1st screen - levels,soft contrast,brightness + glow with masking tool
2nd brightness,contrast,levels,color corrector
3th soft contrast,brightness,little circle blur
4th i think the same like 3th but with more blue shadows(use color balance)

it would've been easy if they had been like that...but if you watch closely allmost every color radiates, like the use of threshold...and it has a bit of chroma key, but i don't know exactlyhow it's done...try to make`em as you said and see if it works...
