we don't know the settings, we just telling you what plugins you need, and you will find the way to create the colors, (just play with the settings).

I'd suggest soft contrast for the main color (the start) or whatever we call it, then go with either color correction or levels to add more sexiness there. Also gradient tints are useful sometimes, just watchout so it's not so "visible" that they are gradients, because they look really horrible sometimes. Try practising with 2 layers and mask for more color opportunities, not that hard once you get the hang on it.

Glows arent really my thing, they look good in some scenes only, but it shouldn't be overused though.

I try to use the colors cs4 plus it takes too long to render here, so I'm using the mb is good but has different colors so that it is ready to give you load and go. more than to create own color too
