Hi, have you ever smoked weed, and how was it?

I has not smoked weed!

If any admin find this against the rules, I guess you could close the thread. And if it's against the rules ( I couldn't find anything atleast ), I'm sorry for making such thread.

I've been smoking weed for 4 years daily with exceptions like holiday with family, preparation for exam etc. As a long-term user I can sum up the positive and negative features of the herb.

+it made me a lot calmer (not only when I'm stoned)
+I can rationally analyze and solve stressful tasks and situations
+my appreciation of music drastically improved, as well as my creativity was unleashed
+helped me lots of times with headache, nausea, muscle soreness
+kinda got me through one extremely depressive thing that happened in my life

-impaired short-term memory (occasionally I forget if I flushed the toilet, forget the keys at home or what I wanted to talk about - not to be mistaken with long term memory which includes learning facts and figures for university)
-brought me to smoking cigarettes
-costs money
-few of my friends ended up in jail because of dealing
-4 or 5 times I had a minor panic attack, accompanied with hyperventilation, palpitation and tremor

Anyway, I think it's ok to say the mary-jane is one of (if not the) safest drug there is. Even after (at that time) 3 years of smoking when I went on vacation with parents I could feel no withdrawal symptoms at all, except that first night it was a bit hard to fall asleep. As long as you do your duties, live your social life, have a nice relationship and can have fun without it as well, I don't see a problem lighting one spliff in the evening , as I do. peace, love, prosperity :D

Well, of course you can die from weed. It has been scientifically proven. The only problem is that you would have to smoke 680 kg of weed in 14 minutes. I dare anyone to try that :-) Btw this is a nice documentary movie about it, with some "facts" explained http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1039647/

kyser05/08/2011 17:18

interpunction, i simply could'nt understand what you were about

well it's dangers are ofc overrated, which comes from it's ilegality in most countrys and therefore the negative media representation. it is always dangerous to start with addictive stuff but i'd say if you can handle alcohol or even cigs it's easy going. and ofc stay modest when experimenting, never underestimate the chance for a bad trip

ciacho.05/08/2011 18:26

Cigarettes I smoke occasionally.
3 times I smoked marijuana.

Ggs`05/08/2011 18:38

Yes, I smoke weed.
Well, first time I tryed when I was 19 years old. I feld myself veery bad, cause it was chronic, it was veery strong sh#t. I had hallucinations, paranoia and etc, I throught that I'm dying. that was not the best expirience and after that I didn't smoke maybe for year and half..
Last half of year I started smoking again, not ofter but regulary. I understood that weed help me to expand consciousness(I start thinking clearly, can't even explain it to you) or just have a fun with my friends(another side).

Just can say one - don't smoke spice, after one year of smokin you will lose all your mind.

how I'll gonna watch this movie, cya.

Nay.
I serendipitously chanced to be in a/with a group of diversely molded young passionate chaps whilst they were injecting, smoking and consuming an appalling set of various detrimental drugs. Some of them, already hooked ones, were kind enough to offer me their spiteful goods but to no avail.

I remained vigilant, in their vain assay to deteriorate my already tough life, yet I was quaintly inundated with dread and terror for mine comrades who yielded. Three out of ten are with the translucent creator thus far.
Such a harrowing event is sure to leave a permanent dent even in those mithril-hearted.

NOEL05/08/2011 19:27

I smoke weed, yes. I don't see why people would ever not try it, atleast once.
If you don't like the feeling of it, then cool with me. But people badmouthing something they have never experienced is just plain stupid.

Weed taught me one of the greatest things here in life, to not give a shit.

Explain.

maximaLz05/08/2011 20:01(edited 05/08/2011 20:04)

actually, i didn't.

I agree that it's countless times safer than cigarettes. But the problem of weed is that it crushes your brain on very long term. I know it from a very long time friend which has already dealt and smoked. Short term memory is getting crushed after a long time smoking this. I'm not against it, but if you start it, you also start crushing your nerve-cells. :/

@remake : weed is way safer than cigarettes because nicotin is like WAY more addictive than weed will ever be, if you start liking cigarettes, unless you're very determined, you won't get out of it.

Nikša Jovanovic05/08/2011 21:58

yes I did, it costs a lot here so we/I are smoking it once/twice a week WW :) white widow
