It's really old,tried it 2 years ago but before 2 days i think i've checked it's distance and it says 283 block(if i remember correctly)so even with scout on wj it's imposs.
Its old and there was a thread about it 2 months ago.. and i dont think its posible as ivansky said its around 283...

Height difference -64 unit; Real x/y distance 346 unit.
I chose 2 const of ljstats which poss for human: prestrafe 311 unit/sec, maxspeed 375 unit/sec (+64 gain). Now need calculate distance which need with this const.
a' =wj time w/ duck in plane of start position: 0,7320926314 sec.
a = wj time w/ duck from start pos to land: ~ 0.898725 sec.
a delata = a-a': ~0.166633 sec.
a delta x maxspeed = 0.166633 x 375 = 62.487 ( without strafe after show stats )
Distance need: 346-62.487 = 283.5
If check all factors its around 280-282 stats, 311 pre, 64+ gain, with perfect jof/land on both axis x/y, sure!
All my calculation not pretty correctly but very close to real.
