X-longjumps challenge

Since this community just cant get enough of all challenges and contests ill present a new one for you. Its called X-longjumps. Fancy name, isnt it? :)

Its more like precision longjumps since you need to aim for the little unit at the 90° angle of the platform to get a good landing. Ive done some jumping and consider them really hard, especially when you lvl up to +230.

Watch the pic and youll get a hang of the details. Just jump diagonally from (example) 235-236//236-235 and so on. (Or shorter/longer distances.) I recommend starting in the 220 room^^

The rules are the same as for normal longjumps, and all jumps must of course be performed on kz_longjumps

Since i dont have the admin fps-death i hope that people that will post demos are being honest. Remember; all demos available for download can easily be checked by someone with admin fps-death, and if they find something suspicious you could be banned.

And since the standard of all longjumpers are high I think its unnessesary to post demos of shorter than 227 X-longjumps.

And remember that jumping from 230 to 231 is the same as jumping from 231 to 230. So if you manage to demo one of those jumps, name the demo with the highest number =X-231 (etc).

Ok, since I personally know 236 is possible (sambb did it and we both have demo - although he recorded on my server). Im at work now, but I can upload it later. And until then I dont want this thread to be messed up by non-believers (no offence :)).

Measuring diagonally like that may show us the right numbers according to pythagoras (or wtf), and even if the distance infact is 256 units - its not, because longer distances than 236 is possible, no doubt about it.

Spend 20 min lj'ing and youll see. Upload your demos instead :)

And the frase "its impossible" is too oldshool for XJ. :!

Tafatt : ye 235 is like impossible but as thopa said u can start from 220 and so :)

The idea isnt new, but the thread is :P

I think ppl have tried jump across lj's like this since the first lj map and since years ago. But since its hard and you jump so 'short' I think ppl dont like it very much. Its just a new challenge.

Ok, since this demo is 3+min you must fastforward to the end. And sambb will be invisible unless you first play on a server with ppl on. And he is shown in 3rd person. Ask him for the actual demo. (stupid demo, but you asked for it haha)
