I don't, with all my ex'gfs I'm still friend, with some best friends and so on, never had a fight when we break up, if you know how to handle the discussion it's a win-win, with some of them after brake up still have sexy times.

thx for all the replies guys.

i find it very difficult to get over her. it's like the world goes down for me and all my future plans seem to be destroyed. i'm hardly motivated to do anything. she'd like to stay friends but it's even more degrading somehow.

sounds familiar, but back then all my motivation went to gym where I gain 15 kg muscular mass
